Conversion rate is the remaining percentage of the battery after the battery heat and circuit loss. phone battery health deteriorates over time, in general newer batteries last longer, in the formula express this as a percentage

For example given the mAh in the question and a conversion and battery health rate of 80% each the formula looks like: (12000 x 0.8 x 0.8) / 1500 = 5.12 charge times
